The Advisor intends to invest solely in Real Assets as an investment asset class that covers investments in physical assets such as Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”). Commercial Real Estate has an inherent physical worth due to its substance and properties. Commercial Real Estate is appealing for its achievable positive net present value (“NPV”), hedge against inflation, relatively low correlation with financial assets, such as stocks and bonds, and tax benefits as Commercial Real Estate can claim depreciation. The number of Commercial Real Estate Investment Properties; collectively, developing the CRE POOL will overcollateralize (e.g., additional assets added to each OID-CMBS) over time. Many factors will affect the performance of the CRE POOL; there is no assurance that the CRE FUND will achieve its investment objectives.
